Here's 2 images (attached) to change your carrier icon (white one is there; just hard to see)
TO PUT IN IMAGES:
for the white one (seen on homescreen) rename it FSO_CARRIER_IPOD.png for the black one (seen when using apps) rename it Default_CARRIER_IPOD.png and put them both in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app, replacing the old ones and setting their permissions to 755
TO MAKE YOUR OWN (in photoshop):
Dimensions: 20px tall by anything, up to 100 px
Font: Coolvetica (google it), size 14.5, strong
