I just buy a Ipod Touch 8GB and every time that i turn on the Apple Logo is scrachted (i already clean it and is not a stains) so can someone tell me if to someine appears this too ?

Mine is the same way. Looking straight at the logo the scratch is on the left side of the apple. I bought mine at the end of Sept. from Apple. It is a week 38. No problems. I really love it.

I had the same fear. I turned on my iPod Touch the very first time and went "Oh god no. A scratch."

I think you just saved a lot of people from panic DerekVOF. :D I had never seen that as a scratch (but a 3D effect), but I guess I can see how people could see it that way.

Yeah I've seen a couple people post questions about thison other boards. Glad I was able to stop widespread panic :D
