i am an idiot when comes to things like this and just have a quick question
is there more than like 4 menu items(e.g Safari) on the touch or canu get more apps

If you mean can you get additional applications like Mail, Weather, Stocks, etc., you can - but only if you jailbreak your iPod Touch - visit the Hacks forum on iLounge for more info.

thanks but emmm i have serious problems wit ipods before and i heard doin this can jeprodise ur warrenty nd can u get antin without hacking it but i would be willing to hack

T think that as long as you restore your touch before you bring it to Apple, warranty is okay. I guess warranty is only void as long as your touch is jailbroken. Mine's been jailbroken, then I restored it when I went to apple to exchange it for a new touch because my old one crashed all the time during music, and negative black.
