Background...

Okay, this is probably a REALLY Noob question...but can U change the background on the iTouch?

I got to mess around with my friends iPhone this week *Just you know, playing with it*

And I LOVE his background...like the one that you see occasionally...it's one he took at the beach.

But is there a way to set a "wallpaper" on the itouch with pics from your computer?

OK - first a clarification:

If you are talking about the image behind the buttons on the home screen, no you can't change it UNLESS you jailbreak your iPod Touch (you can read up on jailbreaking in the hacks forum)

If you are talking about the image that pops up when you wake your iPod Touch from sleep, yes you can change that. Just go into your Photo library and open a photo. On the left left is a little icon - looks like box with an arrow out of it. Click it and you can set the image as a wallpaper. You can zoom in or out before you click to make it fit just right.
