how long does it usually take to update an ipod using the 1.3 updater??? TIA

Should take < a minute for the whole thing.

Try plugging it in to the AC adaptor. It needs power to finish the restore.

Also, could you please cut down your sig image? We have a size limit, it needs to be < 5K.
