On iTunes, how do I see the songs/videos on my iPod?

When I connect my iPod touch to my iTunes, how do i see the list of songs and videos that are on my ipod? I have chosen the option to manually transfer files onto my iPod. But how do i delete songs/videos from my iPod this way?

You need to click on your iPod Touch in the source list on the left-hand side. You should be able to just add & remove songs/videos by deleting them from the lists under your iPod Touch...
