IPod Touch not synching top 25 most played

I just picked up a 16 gig Touch and it's not synching any of the top 25 most played songs-it's just filling it randomly with songs from the first artist folder in my library. Itunes maintains the correct top 25 most played songs, listing them by play count, but no matter how I try to synch it, the Touch is unaware of them. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yep, it's a (depressing) known issue with smartlists. Happens with iPhones too if I understand correctly. Hoping it gets resolved soon as I live by these lists.

I had it happen only once since I had my iPhone / 160GB Classic. After about two syncs the problem fixed itself. I can't remember which one it happened to, I sync them both on the same computer.

Yup - known issue. Hopefully Apple will put out a fix soon.
