Jamo i300 and Itouch

I have just bought a Jamo i300 set of speakers and dock which I have been using with my 2G Nano.
Does anyone know if it will work with the Itouch (for playing music - i know about the video out requiring the official dock and cables)

Jamo have recently tested these latest Apple products and found that with the latest firmware, the new iPod Nano (3rd Gen) and new iPod Classic perform very well with the Jamo i300. Connecting the iTouch produced audio, but no video output was available

Note: It is important to have the lastest firmware on your iPod product
