WallPaper Background Question

This may be a stupid question, but I don't know if its possible, so I thought I would ask...

I have set my wallpaper as an image, but I guess Wallpaper is just the "Start Up, Unlock Screen"?

Is there a way to put an image behind the buttons that appears all the time on the IPod Touch? "Like a Real Wallpaper"?

Well when I jailbroke my touch, I downloaded a customize pack and that allowed me to use my unlock screen wallpaper as the same as my home screen. But I don't think you can change the wallpaper behind the buttons any other way

Yeah, Jailbreaking then installing Summerboard is the only way to change the wallpaper behind the main buttons. You can search the forum to find Jailbreak tutorials.
