The micro shield from XtremeMac, in my opinion, is perfect
it comes with or without a removable rotary clip
A file for your touch
and its hard case to protect against any drops or scratches
the clip also functions as a stand
i can't wait for this to hit the shelves

Couldn't agree more. This case has all the mandatory features I require. The major plus of this case is the integrated kickstand. It's something that almost all the other case manufacturers have forgot about. I've have mine on order for more than a month. Just wish they would ship already!

Are you sure? XtremeMac's website still shows it as a preorder. I'll have to stop by the local Walmart just to see, but last time I was there (earlier in the week) they didn't have it.

is there a little stud on the back where the belt clip goes on like the iSkin? Because I bought a case from them and those two little studs really annoy me.

I think there's no stud
im not sure
but the clip is "removable"
there's probably a hole on the back when you remove the clip
I got the contour case from the apple store and I love it. Is the xtrememac case better?

The Contour case looks nice. I've owned a few of their other cases and have always been happy with their products. My only problem with the Contour (and most other iPod touch cases) is that they forget this is a video device. They need to provide some way to prop the iPod up when you want to watch a video. XtremeMac seems to be one of the few who have thought this out properly.

The iPod touch case looks much better than previous MicroShield cases... I have one for 5G, and it actually damages the iPod because of the way you have put it on.

that clear case doesn't look cheap like some of the ones I've seen. Then again you have to see it in real life to make sure sometimes~
