Hi
has anybody here used iCleaner? does it work well?
i have an iBook Clamshell and on the transparent plastic cover there is some sorta dried stuff. i have no idea what it is. i went away on a family vacation and whatevers on it must have got on then.

i tried diffrent cleaners but it just wont come off. its not that big of a deal but i want to get that stuff off.

thanks for any views and see photos of it here. on some of the photos theres a black scuff and will the cleaner get rid of that too? hows the iCleaner work on iPods?

I use icleaner (im pretty sure i remember it being spelled ikleaner) on my macbook and imac and it works as well as advertised. I dont know about your situation though. Icleaner is more about getting a nice streak free shine without harming the "thermal" casing of the macbook, imac, and ipods. Its not meant for heavy duty mess clean-up. It doesnt seem any more potent than plain ol'water. So I wouldnt waste my money on it if I were you.

Good luck.

No problem.

My mac needed cleaning yesterday, and the stuff I use is called IKLEAN. Im pretty sure that is the stuff you were thinking of. Its the cleaner that the Apple stores and Apple online stores sell.
