Won't recognize ipod in music match

I get an error during the installation indicating that the target drive is full (I have over 6GB free). It does, however, install the software. I can see the ipod in 'My Computer' but not in Music Match or AudibleManager. I'm running Windows 2000 Professional with an Addonics Firewire Host Adapter.
