I'm debating between the Booq PodPaq with an iSkin exo2 for my 40gb 3g, or the iPod Armor. What I'm after is security from falls and being crushed, durability, and some weather resistance. What is everyone's opinion? Is ithe Booq PodPaq with iSkin exo2 or the iPod Armor?

I'd go with the Booq Podpaq combo, but the Armor is the ultimate protection. Depends on what you're looking for.
I recommend the Booq case with the iSkin. I use the Booq nappa case along with a DLO Jam Jacket and it gives outstanding protection for my iPod. A few months ago, I was hurrying across a parking lot and I dropped (gasp!) my iPod and it actually bounced several times on the pavement. As soon as I got my heart started again, I picked it up and was so afraid that it was ruined. It was fine! It worked great (and still does) and had no scratches or dents at all.
That was a very bad fall and I do not believe the iPod would have survived if I had only been using one case but both cases provided all the protection I needed. It looks great, too. Even though the Booq case provides protection for the screen, I also use the WriteRight PDA screen protectors and they also work very well.
Remember that the Armor case does not provide access to the buttons or the screen and that's a big drawback for me. Another consideration, even though a very superficial one, is that the Armor case is not nearly as attractive as the Booq case.

Thanks for the input. I went with the booq podpaq, and an iskin exo2 skin. Thanks again.

When i get the cases, I'll posts some pics. There is another post around here with all the sizes for the booq. Search for booq.
