I'm going to switch over to AT&T and I am wondering if I can plug the iPhone's SIM card into another AT&T phone. I read you need a special SIM for the iPhone so I was curious. The goal would be to switch to a crappy phone when I go to places where my iPhone could get stolen.

snowgirl87,
When you switch the sim out to the Razor, are you able to still use data and text on the iphone plan, or do you get charged additionally? I'm guessing it's all under the iphone plan, but I just want to make sure.
Thanks!

snowgirl87,
Cool. I agree with you, that it 'should' be covered with no additional costs, but would it be possible for you to post again after you receive your bill and just let me know for sure.
THANKS!!

they only say that, because they want you to buy another phone and plan so they can make more money
