16GB Ipod Touch F/S w/leather case!

I have a 2 week old Ipod touch for sale. Its a week 39 touch and have had no problems with it. I have jailbroken the ipod touch but if you would like it restored before shipped I can do that. The reason im getting rid of it is because im going to be getting the Iphone soon and want have any use for it. The case that comes with it is a DLO Leather case. I have everything that came with it except the ear phones. Im looking for 350 shipped to anywhere in the US.
