Apple Care Plan QUESTION!!!

So i just bought a 4gb iphone on ebay and i know it is a very good idea to get the care plan. My question is, do i have to buy the care planr right away? or can i buy it say a month after i have had my phone? Let meee knowww. thanks

You must purchase and then activate the apple care plan before your first year warranty is up. The key is to activate it. So don't think just purchasing it will get you the coverage. You must physically activate it before the original year warranty is up.

You'll want to double check the warranty information against the Apple Support site with the iPhone serial number to confirm how long of warranty you have. Given the purchase off of ebay, the warranty is likely already ticking away.
