Look under the Gear Guide and Reviews section here at the lounge to get an idea of what types of cases are available and what they look like. You should be able to find something that both looks good and protects your iPod.

An apple case is included with the 20 GB and 40 GB models (don't worry, it's a horrible case- you have to take the iPod out of it to use it, its clip is easy to break and it will scratch your iPod if the tag is left on- you're better off without it).

If you have the Classic iPod (versus the 3rd Gen), check out the MCE SportSuit. (I think MarWare makes the SportSuit now for the 3G units.)
I've used the classic SportSuit, and it's my favorite. It's now the only case I want for my Classic, but they are hard to find. (Stores don't seem to have many case options for the Classic models these days.) You can still find the original units in the Clearance section of the MCETECH.COM website.
