320 X 240 mp4 videos on iPod Touch- stretched or zoomed in?

The title says it all. Any help would be nice. This is for the iPod Touch...

Good question. I would also like to know. I would think that if you double tap, it would change from bars on the side to a zoom, but I don't know.

At 320x 240 (what you would see on the 5.5G) would be same as it would look on the iPod touch. Of course, you can also zoom it in but the top/bottom will get cut off slightly. However, its not really noticeable. None of the videos will be stretched.
