I tried the Griffen Roadmate. The sound was decent, but it had some static and doesn't come with a bracket to hold the iPod Touch. I exchanged it for a Belkin that does come with a Touch bracket but otherwise is useless. I can barely hear any sound, even though I've tried at least ten different radio frequencies. That leads to two questions: Does anyone have a recommendation for an FM transmitting/chargins device that will hold the Touch? Second question--I've seen some Jabra, Motorola and other Bluetooth devices that plug into the iPod. When I read about them, it generally says they're designed for Bluetooth headphones. I have Bluetooth in both my cars and am wondering whether one of these adapters would work and be a better solution than an FM transmitter. Thanks.

I use the Griffin iTrip Auto along with a Proclip mount (originally for the 4G iPod) - See here (http://backstage.ilounge.com/index.php/backstage/comments/patience-isnt-my-virtue-or-caving-and-buying-ipod-touch/).
The iPod touch is great IMO for use in car - so much so that I have put on hold getting the Drive+Play 2.
The iTrip is fine in my locality though when I get nearer to large cities the signal gets swamped sometimes.

I can see no reason why BT would not work if you got a BT transmitter.
