How do I retrieve songs from my iPod Touch?

With the older iPods you could just go to My Computer, unhide hidden folders and open the Control folder on the iPod and access your music but the new iPod touch doesn't even show up as a drive on my computer when I plug it in! Anyone know how to access your music?

Actually I believe you can. Some one posted a tool that had been upgraded for the iPhone and iPod Touch to work. Try a search - its there somewhere.
