What are you guys planning to buy for your iPod touch case?
I originally wanted to buy Reflect but considering it has black-rubbered back (I thought it was going to be chrome back or clear back) I'm seriously reconsidering for iClear instead of Reflect for my iPod touch.

What do you guys think?
Which one would you guys buy? iClear? Reflect?

I ordered Reflect. I don't care much about mirror front - I would like rubber like (not exactly like sticky rubber/silicon - that's what I heard) back better than clear plastic when I hold it.

i just had to get the iclear because my wal-mart had them for $15, but i would still get the iclear.

the transluscent (spelling?) back looks great. it hid all my scratches, but you can still see the "iPod" and the apple logo through the back. looks great if you ask me. (and black rubber will always pick up lint)

This one doesn't... and I live with dogs. It's not like the silicone cases it feels... iono how to describe it. Sexy and smooth. Hahaha for lack of a better vocabulary. I combined mine with the iClear front cause I ain't feeling the Reflect's front.

Im also wondering between the two. I have a few questions to those who have it. First of all, do they add on much thickness to the touch? I hate when a case makes the ipod noticeably thicker, and then having to force it in and out of my pocket. Another question i have, is if the Reflect front is a normal mirror, or if it is colored a certain way. In the pictures, it seems to have a darkish hue.

I wish the reflect had a clear back. Thats the one thing I dislike about it. For those who do have the reflect with the black back, is it similar to silicone in that it gets stuck in a pocket? The last few cases I had on my ipod photo were all silicone, and they always were a hassle.

Thanks to anyone who answers my questions.

The iclear does make the touch a bit thicker. Not by
much though, it's about as thick as my Moto Razr. It also feels more solid as well. The back is frosted and makes it look a bit like the back of the iPhone.

Just a word of caution about the Reflect case, its a hassle to take off and whatever you do, it will most likely damage the case (ie: make the slot wider).

I should have listened to some other forum members here before getting my $40 Reflect case from BestBuy. What a waste of money.

Look for a case that you can put on and remove easier.

The Griffin reflect was the first case I got for the touch.

It's a nice case, but does add bulk. The rubberised back is nice for gripping though.

The problem I found was it didn't fit on my particular (cheap, 3rd party) dock, so I had to use the cable. Also I found the reflective case distracted me from the screen.

As has been mentioned, it's a hassle to remove. It has to be prised open with a coin - one slip and you can stratch your touch

So, for me, the Reflect was a mistake.

I'm using the PDAir aluminium case at the moment. It add little bulk or weight, but still won't fit on my dock, but it is extremely easy to remove as the case is hinged.

I presume PDAir cases are available in the US. I believe they're an Australian company who ship worldwide. I've used their cases now for phones, PDA's and now the touch.

Having said that, I'm looking for more protection so am considering the Belkin Folio.

This isn't a dedicated touch pouch, but with the Griffin Reflect case on, my touch fit perfectly in the Golla G1130 Black Sport Zipper Nylon Mobile Phone Pouch.
