iphone doesnt sync with itunes...

hi my brother in law bought my wife a iphone that i'm assuming came from the usa, it has at&t services on it, its unlocked because her orange sim works, but i cant put music on it or pics etc, it just doesn't show up when i connect it, the laptop makes a beep and up pops a window as if its bein recognised as a camera! my brother in law managed to put music on it because his collection is still on it, do you think this is the problem?

also i'm shortly going to get a new nano, can i run both of them with the same itunes?

have you solved the problem m8 with itunes as my pc is recognising the iphone as a camera also but itunes doesnt see it

Open up services on your PC - its in adminstrative tools - but do a google for it if you cant find it...

And restart all the itunes services - eg, mobiledevice.dll and then plug it back in and restart itunes and it SHOULD work...

If it doesn't it is most likely down to your firewall... it may be you need to uninstall itunes and remove all rules from your firewall about itunes and then restart your PC and reinstall itunes.
