How do you upload podcasts to the Touch?

I'm in iTunes and I'm trying to sync my podcasts to my Touch, and I drag them over to the iPod and it says it's syncinc.. but when I go to my actual Touch and go look for them under Podcasts, it's empty.

I don't think you can manually manage podcasts like you can music & video. You'll have to set the sync settings for podcasts on the podcasts tab itself and then do a sync.
