My iPhone sports a GelaSkin decal on its backside and although ideally I keep the phone out of my Marware SportGrip, I have dropped it a few times and pine for a SportGrip-like protector that ONLY covers the perimeter of the device. This would allow for the iPhone's back to still be visible (much like the front), and dropping the phone would still avert damage because a "perimeter" protector would still achieve absorption. Marware, Griffin, other manufacturers...please produce something along these lines; thanks!
