I want to buy this case:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Crystal-Clear-Case-Clip-Protector-for-iPod-Touch-Smoke_W0QQitemZ110184805839QQihZ001QQcategoryZ5617 0QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But on the bottom, under Terms and Condition. It says "The auction item is priced at US Dollar (GBP). American Friend please pay attention." Do you pay in US dollars or pounds? I am so confused. I can't ask the guy because I don't have a ebay account (don't ask why).

I tend to stay away from Foreign sellers. Their feedback looks ok though. I've done it before. It's hit or miss. Sometimes I'm surprised and it is delivered quickly. Other times it takes forever and they never reply to emails. I'd look for a dealer in the States (or wherever your from) with good feedback.
Handheld Items (http://www.handhelditems.com/ipod-touch-crystal-clear-hard-case-tuchishield-clear-smoke-p-10891.html) has the same case for $10. I've never ordered from them before, but they are supposed to be good. I'm thinking of getting a screen protector from them.
BTW...there is a iPod touch case section in the Case forum.

The case at hand held items is the same one it looks... just a little more on the cost...
i bought a silicone case that fits snuggly and has a clear shield for the front and I got it from hong kong online and nothing went wrong...why are people afraid of buying online from foreigners. What do you think we are to foreigners? Foreigners! So would they refuse to buy from us? No! And we are foreigners to them. so you make no sense.

I make no sense? You are naive if you think the risks are not higher in dealing with foreign eBayer sellers. His question about the difference in currency is valid and raises concern. I've been buying and selling on eBay for over 10 years and my experiences with foreign transactions have been mixed. If your willing to take the risk then fine, but some people don't.

I was pleasantly surprised when this came. I was fully ready to have wasted $8 bucks. Instead I received a very solid, nicely fitting case to protect my touch. all the wholes and cutouts are precise and I can still sync without removing it. It is sure nice to not have my fingerprints showing all over that easily scratched chrome back.
I just ordered another one for my son. It took about 8 days for it to get here.

It's funny, because I was staring at those for days, and I took the initiative, and I said to myself, "I'm gonna buy one Monday" Then I randomly stroll across this thread. lol

Is it just me or does there appear NOT to be a headphone cutout on these?

Yeah, in the last two images on eBay, the clear ones with no iPod touch, it doesn't look like it has an opening. The first two pictures looks like the opening on the bottom is elongated to accommodate the headphones and dock connector. The picture on Handhelditems looks like it might be there. Weird!
