Hold Button doesn't work...

Anyone had this problem? It's flat out busted. Doubt there's anything I can do, but anyone have any suggestions?

Could try taking it apart and seeing if its all aligned and stuff, but I do not recommend that as it will void your warrenty...

Of course you could just try resetting it, but I doubt that will help.
Otherwise just send it back to apple...

If you are under warrenty, it should be a situation that would be held under warrenty. Some people have complained that their iPods end up "stuck" on hold where the padlock remains even though you switch the hold on and off.
