hi
we need some technical FAQ on configuring IPOD on windows if we run in firewire problems.
I have seen that i can connect my new IPOd only to one of the TWO identical laptops that i have.
Both have got TEXAS instruments OHCI IEEE 1394 Controller cards. I cannot change the cards.
i never seen so many problems on other USB/firewire devices.
Getting a new firewire or switching to USB2 is not an option that i am looking for. If the IPOD can be detected on of the two machines then i shld be able to connect it on other one too.
