If you like Timbuk2 messenger bags like me, how about their accessory cases - http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/products/accessories/accessory-case. It works great for Touch and iPhone. Certainly not cheap, but it is a good quality pouch. You should be able to use it along with iClear and Reflect from Griffin (which I am waiting for...).

I am not a huge fan of leather cases. I also like the design of Waterfield http://www.sfbags.com/products/ipodsmartcase/ipodsmartcase.htm. I like the idea of removable earbud strap, too. A bit pricey and I don't know how Touch with iClear will fit in it, though....

Hmm, very cool. I won't pick one up, I don't have a need, but just wanted to give a thumbs up for Timbuk2. I have a custom laptop messenger, and it is pretty much awesome.
Timbuk2 rocks.
