Returned ipod touch for new nano- no questions asked

After several weeks of thinking about it, I decided the touch isn't worth the 400$ i paid for it. Today I went into the apple store, told the front desk that the ipod I had had all of the defects in it, and after 2 minutes of talking with the genius bar she said I could take it back. So I ended up getting an ipod nano 8gb.
Moral of the story is, if you want to take your defective ipod back, apple will be more than happy to and won't charge the restocking fee.

cause if so, i'd get the touch and if i didn't like it, i'd return for the classic...

Technically, valuewise, the iPod Touch is much better as the manufacturing costs of the nano are far below the retail cost, and with the iPod touch now officially being jailbroken and hacked allowing full customization and even having an NES emulator... I think you should reconsider.
