Please help...connection problem

Hi, i am trying to jailbreak my ipod touch. I am using the touchfree3 version of the software, and when i get upto the stage where i enter my IP, it just opens up the Putty window and says connection refused. I have tried it 3 times but still no luck:o

Anyone got any ideas...
