Anyone else have a problem with this. If I am in music mode, and I want to skip to the next track the touch sensor is quite responsive. However, when surfing the web or doing something outside of music mode I press the main button twice to bring that screen up that allows you some control without having to switch back to the music mode. Sorry I cant remember the name of this screen, however I love this feature. I do have difficulty sometimes getting it to skip forward. Ill press it soft then start pushing with more pressure and still no luck. I dont have big fat thumbs, and all the other touch features work flawlessly, its just this one. I have to push sometimes about 5-6 times and its only in this mode. Anyone else have a problem with this? I think I have a Week 38 if i remember right, and have done most of the screen trials and it came out perfect, im just worried about this one feature. Thanks!

yeah I know what you are saying, it's a new feature of 1.1.1 what I think it's a little to narrow on the response area might need to be worked out a little better.

ok good then its not just me....the skip back button works fine its just the fast forward, its such a pain, but i love the feature cuz im usually browsing when i listen to music now. so cool. is that window that pops up a new feature of 1.1.1 or is this problem part of the update...or both :D

ok heres something I just noticed. Its only a problem in landscaped mode, if im holding the ipod upright its not a problem and both buttons are very responsive. Move it back to landscape or wide view and it takes quite a few attempts to get it to fast fowrward.

thx for the tip about the portrait mode being more responsive! To get better response in landscape mode, it helps me when I "slide"my finger across the buttons instead of just poking or touching them.
