My ipod's working again, but should i still exchange it?

I posted here about a week ago that my ipod touch kept going back to the menu randomly, but now it has stopped.
Should i just keep it, or exchange it for one with no scratches?

I'm unsure if it will have problems in the future.....


The back is scratched a LOT.:(
