Does anyone know if there is a way to use any of the webapps at apple.com/webapps when you are not connected to wifi?

No, you have to be connected to wifi to be able to use the web apps. Also, there is already a thread dedicated to this subject, you can find it here (http://forums.ilounge.com/showthread.php?t=208565).
