How long has it taken for those who ordered from Apple?

Try Best Buy or Target. They have some stocks at least at the stores here in Colorado. If your target has it and you don't have Target card, consider applying it. You can get 10% off at the first purchase. You can check store availability at Best Buy web site, too - order online and chose store pickup option. You don't need to wait for weeks and no shipping charge (well, Apple offers free shipping doesn't it).
