The iPod case is made out of camouflage material that I stressed in order to give it a used look. I measured the dimensions of the iPod, screen, navigation buttons and wheel. Then cut and hand sewed it all together. The iPod fits snug and comfortably inside the holder which is fastened by a olive-green button on the back.

The holder was easy for me to create since I am an artist/designer. However I think anyone can do it. People should give it a try even if they aren?t a designer yet are looking for a unique case to compliment their beautifully made iPod. Or even better, they can ask their local starving artist/designer to make one for them. Chances are the designer will fashion a much more creative and distinctive iPod case than the terribly loud neon colors that are offered on many sites.

I forgot to add that the next one I'll make I'll be sure to post pictures of it. Or perhaps the next photo-op I have of her with her.

Actually I was thinking of making a case, but... I am so... lazy? Impatient? I know it will never be good enough to satisfy me, that is, unprofessional looking. Also a concern is the material I want to make it out of, it's somewhat elastic and... furry. ;) I think it would be difficult to work with.

Practice, practice and more practice.
