iPod touch stops the song while Internet browsing?

Anybody's iPod touch has this problem?

I played the song, then opened Safari. After opening a few pages, the music suddenly paused. When double tap the Home button and try to resume playing, it just started playing from the first song in the whole music library of it. Sometimes when I go to the Music, play the song again, then back to Safari, the Safari unexpectedly quit.

It's def a bug.

I'm sure it'll be fixed by the next update.

Hopefully soon but it's not that big of a deal to me.

I heard that this was a memory issue and the iPod touch does not have enough memory to play a song and have safari up at the same time. But, I could be wrong, it may be a bug. What ever it is I expect it will get fixed in a future update.

I think it depends on what you're surfing. Right now I'm listening to music, typing this note, and I have three other browsers windows open. Seems more like the music stops when pages with media fire up. Your mileage may vary.

I have not seen this yet endless I open a media file on a site. what site are you going to when this happens?

I have had this happen a couple at times. For some reason, it seems like it is more prone to happening when I'm playing some songs over others.

yeah this has happened to me a couple times. My nokia 770 used to crash a lot too, but I only paid 150 for it. I sure hope they fix this soon. All the small bugs make me think about trying out an archos everyday.

never had this happen to me yet - had safari crashing a lot, but that also depended on the site i was surfing at the time. but since the latest upgrade, safari for me has been a lot more stable.

Never has happened to me. I open multiple pages and listen...no stoppage at all.

I think it depends on the song. The only time safari has crashed was on me was on a specific song in my library.

Happens to me too.

Also I've found that even just playing music it can dump you back to the home screen, or it will pause for no reason and then when you try to resume it starts playing a different song.

As much as I loved this thing when it arrived, I really hope they get some bug fixes out soon, as its actually starting to get quite annoying.
