While you're in iTunes look over at the left hand corner of the window. You should see a sub window that has Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc. All you have to do is click on the Movies and you'll be brought into the Movies section of the iTMS.

What you need to do is click on the "iTunes Store" button. It is located on the left side below the "Radio" button. Once in the iTunes store go to the top left side (In the iTunes store) and below "Music" you should see "Movies." Simply click on movies and you can download any of them.

Well I just assumed the UK iTMS sold Movies (I'm still on convinced one way or the other) but I did find this:

Currently the UK iTunes store does NOT offer movies. However, it does offer tv programs.

yeah no movies in Australian iTunes either...
just a quick question to US users - how much approx is a full-length movie?

Typically they're around US$9.99 like I just looked and the added the Movie Crash and it's $9.99. Some stuff is higher. I've seen movies up to $16.99 and I'm sure there's even more expensive ones but the majority are at that ten dollar mark.
I've never bought one. Don't really plan to unless they start offering at least 720P movies and if they do that I'll be down for an Apple TV too:D

Thanks!
i just had a look at US iTunes store...
boy, we are getting royally scr*wed here in OZ..
why are we paying $1.69 for a song?? its 99c, and even with currency conversion it should be only $1.15-1.20 or something.

Apple are rear-ending the UK too - I guess they don't like cricket.
I'm a tech junkie so they've got me over a barrel. My Touch will hopefully arrive tomorrow.

Tony.

Wow, I did not know it was that much! Apple is screwing their international customers.

You CAN get content from the US iTunes store even if you live in Australia, most probably be the same for UK as well.
What you have to do is purchase a US iTunes gift voucher and then go to the us version of the store, click on redeem. It will then ask you to make an account, you will need to put in an american address, i just made one up. Then at the bottom where it says payment type click on the option "none"
Then your account should be created and you will have whatever amount of credit it was you brought available to spend on any of the us content you like.
I got a $20 US iTunes voucher for $19 Australian, so works out cheaper anyway.

you also have to factor the 10% GST into the conversion, but also the fact that the AU$ was not running at US$0.90 at the time of the Aus launch of the iTunes store.
plus we always seem to get scr*wed anyway as far as price comparisons to the US....!!

yeah i've just been reading whirlpool as to how to get my hands on a voucher... not planning to travel to US any time soon, so it could be tricky. I do have friends there.
the issue is not just price differential on Aus itunes, its content as well. No movies, some music is missing.
I do love the Touch, but i have to admit so far i am not too thrilled with iTunes. :shake:

It might be cheaper just to buy the DVD and convert to touch format. Not to mention more convenient.
