Backup Bookmarks?

Is there anyway I can backup my bookmark onto my PC in case I need to do a Restore at some point?

I don't think you can with the touch, I know you can backup some stuff with the iPhone, but.... anyone else?

i just noticed that 2 bookmarks i created on the touch were synced back to safari on my Mac - not sure if it'll do the same on the PC version, but i'm guessing that it would. you could always import form safari back to whatever PC browser you use...!
