If you received a unit from Apple.com and decide that there is a defect to it after opening it up and want to exchange for a new one by mailing your unit to the Apple store, will Apple charge a 10% restocking fee?

they wont charge you a sent, and the dhl shipping is amazing, everything is over night air, NH to cali in like 6hrs, drop bin to signed for at apple. but, what i have been waiting 6 days for, is them to ship it out of their god damn warehouse. they diagnosed it the second it arrived in cali!

My shipment came to me by FedEx, do their exchanges get sent through DHL?
