Video file type for iPod Touch

Using handbrake, what pixel size should I make my movie files so they fit the whole screen? Is it just the size of the iPod Touch itself, or does is support a video with a larger resolution?

It doesn't matter, just make sure that your file type is .mp4, also known as MPEG-4.
