Yesterday I phoned the guy but he doesn't understand the problems with iPods. I told him theres problems with the week 37 iPods and told him to check the 4th and 5 digit of the serial number for me and he was totally oblivious to what I am saying. Whats a good way to explain it to this guy because he doesn't understand. I don't wanna drive 30 mins to Best Buy and find a week 37. I know theres are updates to fix this problem but IMO the week 38 ones are better.
