dim screen from sleep?

i have a week 37 ipod (corinne bailey rae cover) that has an excellent screen. however when put to "sleep" and then "woken" up the screen is considerably dim. i then have to restart (turn off) and turn it back on to get my screen back to brightness. i have tried "sleep" and "wake" a couple of times in a row hoping that the screen will correct itself but no luck so far only off and on will work. does anyone else have my symptoms or am i the only one noticing this????

This may be the auto brightness in effect. Did you change environments when you went from sleep to wake?

yup it is the auto brightness in effect. for some reason it is not doing its job properly and staying dim ALMOST as if it is NOT ON. no i did not change environments when changing from sleep to wake. i am going to have to disable the feature until the bug is fixed. : (

I seen this happen on mine, I think it's just a little buggie. I am sure it will get worked out...

O yeah, I just noticed this happened on mine, kind of annoying.
