so i Went to best buy today..the employees refused to exchange my ipod touch because "isome movies that are like that".... the goofy looking guy tried to act like he knew more about it than i did (as usual from best buys geek #####)..i straight up told him to f off and give me my money back:cool:


anyways..hopefully i wont have to wait 2 years for them to be in stock....but i emailed best buy telling them they should inform all stores about problems..and to make that store i went answer their daggum phone that i tried callin for hours with no answer...



i love these forums because i like to outsmart people at their professions:)

Hard to understand your English. By the way, you could have just refund it instead of asking for exchange.

and j5tar...i did refund it..but i refunded it back to my card(i used my debit)..which still hasnt been put back and who knows when the money will go back in my account...thats why i wanted to exchange..also i would rather exchange than go back and forth looking for a new one.
