View Full Version : How do you deal with earphone's wire?
I admit that carrying an iPod is dandy and all but how do you keep your earphones when you're outside? If you just pocket it, it will jumble up and tie itself into a mess. What do you do to keep this away? Unknoting my earphone really kills the slick entry of an iPod.

Well, I wrap the earphone wire around the iPod in it's slip case.... then put it in my pocket... then when I take my iPod out to use it again I just unwrap the earphones from around the iPod... Simple and it never gets tangled.

I just notice earsphones with thinner wires knots ezier than phones with thicker wires, and keeping the "V" of the Y only long enuff so u can turn your head wo pulling also minimizes knots.

The name sounds odd but this works for me:Monkey's Fist (http://www.instructables.com/id/Spice-up-your-headphones-with-a-monkey's-fist./)
I tested it out and perfected my technique on an old pair before I did my E3c's.
