it shouldn't be a problem to view websites like veoh.com or crunchyroll.com with the safari broser on the itouch right? i don't know why not but I wanna make sure...

No, these websites won't work. Safari on the iPod Touch doesn't support flash, and the only reason youtube works is because there is a native app for youtube.

wow and there isn't a way around that is there? 3rd party program or something? doubtful i suppose...

Until adobe comes up with flash specifically for the iPod touch, I don't think there is any way around it.
