Included earphones are awful

I knew the white buds were bad but i tested mine last night with my new 3g Nano and i cant quite believe how bad they are.
They are very loud, the bass sounds like you are listening through a sock and the highs are painfully shrill , the mids just kinda disappear, why would anyone use these??

Its funny but im sure the ones with the 1g Nano were better than these (but still crap)

I will stick with my KSC75s and modded marshmallows for now.

yep. i will continue to smirk at all the people i see going to work wearing these. they just haven't compared to something else yet. but to me it's contradiction - listening is for pleasure, but with these?

yeah i have yet to buy another pair of earbuds, but can you guys recommend a cheap earbud, at most ill pay is like 30 that are better than these?

I think the best earbuds that are not so expensive are the Sennheiser CX 300. They are in-ear but not like canal phones, so really comfortable. They now come in black, white and pink and I think I paid around £26 for mine.
