Week 37 ipod with intermitten problem

I was viewing a video last night and it was extremely pixelated and unwatchable. I turned the unit completely off and back on and the videos were fine. The videos played fine in itunes. Is this part of the screen issue? Has anyone experienced this? If so, I am going to call apple care now to get it exchanged.

no, sounds like a video encoding or decoding problem (that is - either the video file is messed up or the decoding process on your touch is).

Its not the file because I tried a couple other files that were downloaed from itunes and some that were podcasts. They all had the issues, until I rebooted the device.

This is not a screen issue...but may be some other issue. I have a 37 and none of these issues.
