Well, you should do a restore on it before returning it. Unless you want the Geek Squad guys to download stuff from the itunes store when they play with it.

you don't even need to go through that much trouble to return it.

Walk up and say "it doesn't work with my old ipod accessories, I want to return this" and they will give you your money back.
