My er6i's plug got busted so replacement needed. Radio Shack's one is HUGE! Anybody seen a small/thin plug anywhere?

Why not cannibalize an old OEM iPod jack, small and thin.

Yeah but those plugs are sealed, am more looking for something I can solder myself. Using an old plug like that also means splicing the wire and have a rigid spot on the cable, not elegant.

Check out one of the audio splitters that are being marketed for the iPhone or take a look at having the guys at Ultimate Buds (http://ultimatebuds.com/) (or maybe a similar DIY project at home). The only reason I say the iPhone is that they currently have the thinnest connector.
