That's compatible with all headphones, like the Sennheiser PX100, so that's it's flush with the surface of the iPhone?

Actually no, he Belkin is pretty much the shortest one. The problem with the design is that the 3.5mm end of the headphones would have to fit inside the 3.5mm adapter, the shortest they could conceivably make it would be double the size like the Apple TTY adapter.

This one (http://store.everythingiphone.com/content/accessories/12-45--2695.htm) looks a little shorter though, but you can pick the Belkin one up at most Radioshacks for $10.

i would get these soft ones from griffin (http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/headphoneadapter/)... instead of belkin one.
Why? Cause if I wanted an ugly 2" piece of plastic sticking out the top of my phone, I would of bought a Treo.
